Who this policy covers

This policy covers two groups. First, people who visit this site or talk to us about working together. Second, people who receive emails we send on behalf of our clients.

If a client sends you an email, the client is responsible for that message. We send it for them and follow their instructions.

What we collect

When you visit this site: basic usage data like pages viewed, browser type, and country. This comes from standard web hosting and analytics tools.

When you book a call: your name, email address, company, and anything you tell us on the call.

When we run campaigns: business contact data such as names, work email addresses, job titles, and companies. This is the data the campaigns are built on.

How we use it

We use your data to run the service: building lead lists, sending email, handling replies, booking calls, and billing.

We also use it to answer your questions and to improve how the service works.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Who we share it with

We share data with the tools we need to run the service. That includes our email sending platform, our scheduling tool, and our payment provider.

These companies process data for us. They do not use it for their own marketing.

We share data when the law requires it, and no other time.

Email we send

Every cold email we send has a clear way to opt out. If you reply with stop, or click unsubscribe, we stop emailing you from that campaign.

If you want to be removed from all campaigns we run, email us with the address in question and we will suppress it across every client.

Cookies

This site uses basic cookies to make the site work and to understand traffic. We do not run advertising trackers.

You can block cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

How long we keep data

We keep campaign data while we work together and for a reasonable time after, so records stay straight. Then we delete it.

Billing records we keep as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you. You can ask us to fix it or delete it. You can object to us processing it.

Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We protect data with access controls, encrypted connections, and limited access on our side. No system is perfect, but we treat your data with care.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new date.
